Dragon Ring with Gemstone Belly

The dragon holds an 8 x 6 mm gemstone on his belly.  Choose from amethyst, black onyx, carnelian agate, garnet, hematite, iolite, jade, lapis lazuli, malachite, moonstone, star diopside, tiger's eye or turquoise gemstones or dark blue, light blue, green, purple, yellow, orange, and white synthetic fiber-eye stones.  Click on the stone name to view.

Smaug™ Ring
 
Smaug clutches the Arkenstone, the Heart of the Mountain™ to his chest.  The Arkenstone is a 10 mm (3/8") Swarovski Crystal sphere.  The ring is available in sterling silver and 14k. Gold.  The ring is available in US sizes 5 to 13, in whole and half sizes.  Sizes 13 ½ (13.5) and larger are an additional $15.00 US in sterling silver, $45.00 in gold.

The ring measures approximately 16.4 mm (5/8") top to bottom, 19.7 mm (3/8") thick and 3.1 mm (1/8") wide at the back of the band.  The ring weighs approximately 9.9 grams in sterling silver, 12.4 grams in 14k. gold.  Weight will vary with size.

Enameled Order of the Dragon Signet Ring
 
This ring is a replica of the Order of the Dragon symbol that Vlad the Impaler, better known as Dracula, used to signify his membership in the Order.  It is believed that he wore this image as a medallion during his lifetime.  The Order of the Dragon was founded in 1408, by Sigismund, the King of Hungary for the purpose of defending the Cross and fighting against the enemies of Christianity, especially the Ottoman Turks.  Dracula derived his name from the Order of the Dragon, Dracula means "Son of the Dragon".  Vlad's father, Vlad II, received the surname of Dracul, meaning dragon, when he was inducted into the Order in 1431.  Dracula himself was inducted into the Order when he was five years old.

The top and sides of the ring are enameled with your choice of fourteen colors.  Choose from Amethyst, Black Onyx (pictured), Emerald, Jade, Peacock, Pearl, Pewter, Pink, Hot Pink, Ruby, Sapphire, Tiger's Eye, Topaz,  or Zircon.  (Black Onyx, Jade, Peacock, Pearl, Pewter, Pink, Hot Pink, and Tiger's Eye Enamels are an additional $10.00 US.)  Enamel will not wear out with regular wear.

The Order of the Dragon ring is available in US sizes 6 to 13, in whole and half sizes.  Sizes 13½ (13.5) and larger are an additional $15.00 US in sterling silver, $45.00 in 14k. gold.  Dracula's ring measures approximately 17.7 mm (11/16") top to bottom, 17.5 mm (11/16") wide at the dragon signet and 4.5 mm (3/16") wide at the back of the band.  The Order of the Dragon ring weighs approximately 12.3 grams in sterling silver / 15.5 grams in 14k. gold, weight will vary with size.  Like traditional signet rings, the ring has been carved out slightly behind the signet to reduce weight and increase comfort.
