Ouroboros Earring
 
The snake eating its own tail, or Ouroboros, has symbolized many things over the ages, but generally represents ideas of recreation of self, unity, and infinity. The ouroboros has been important in religious and mythological symbolism world wide.  The Ouroboros appeared in Ancient Norse mythology as Jörmungandr, one of the children of Loki, who grew so large that it could encircle the world and grasp its tail in its teeth.

The hoop style earring is available in sterling silver and 14k. gold.  The snake appears to be going through your ear.  The earring measures approximately 20.5 mm (13/16") in diameter and 5.4 mm (just under 1/4") wide at the snake's head.  The ouroboros weighs approximately 2 grams in sterling silver / 2.5 grams in 14k. gold.

Enamel Eyes - For an additional $5.00 US we can fill in the eyes with a color enamel.  Choose from green, red, pink, purple, yellow, light blue or dark blue.   Click Here to view in 14k. Gold.

The Great Serpent™ Ring is awarded to women who have been raised to the Accepted™ among the Aes Sedai™.  The Great Serpent is a symbol for time and eternity.  We have taken the Great Serpent ring design and created this matching earring.

The Great Serpent Earring is officially licensed Wheel of Time replica.  The single hoop is available in sterling silver and 14k. gold.  The Great Serpent Earring measures approximately 5.9 mm (1/4") at the widest point and 1.9 mm (just under 1/8") thick - measures 3.6 mm (just over 1/8") thick at the snake's head.  The inside of the hoop has been hollowed to reduce weight.  The single earring weighs approximately 2.8 grams in sterling silver / 3.5 grams in 14k. gold.
