Vlad Dracula's Order of the Dragon
Signet Ring
This signet
ring is
a replica of the Order of the Dragon symbol that
Vlad the Impaler,
better known as Dracula, used to signify his membership in the Order.
It is believed that he wore
this image as a medallion during his lifetime. The
Order of the
Dragon was founded in 1408, by Sigismund, the King of Hungary for the
purpose of defending the Cross and fighting against the enemies of
Christianity, especially the Ottoman Turks. Dracula derived his
name from the Order of the Dragon, Dracula means "Son of the Dragon".
Vlad's father, Vlad II, received the surname of Dracul, meaning dragon,
when he was inducted into the Order in 1431. Dracula himself was
inducted into the Order when he was five years old.
The Order of the Dragon ring is available in US sizes 6 to 13, in whole and half
sizes. Sizes 13½
(13.5) and larger are an additional $15.00 US in sterling silver, $45.00
in 14k. gold.
The signet ring measures
approximately 17.7 mm (11/16") top to bottom, 17.5 mm (11/16") wide
at the dragon signet and 4.5 mm (3/16") wide at the back of the
band.
The Order of the Dragon ring weighs
approximately 12.3 grams in sterling silver / 15.5 grams in 14k. gold, weight will vary with size.
Like traditional signet rings, the ring has been carved out slightly behind the signet to reduce
weight and increase comfort.

Miskatonic University Class Ring
The Miskatonic U Class Ring is available in
sterling silver & 14k. gold
in
US sizes 6 to 13, in whole and half sizes. Sizes 13

(13.5) to 15 are an additional $15.00 US in sterling silver, $45.00 US in

The class year on the ring is 1928, the year "Call of Cthulhu" was published.
The crest on the sides of the ring depict Cthulhu's tentacles wrapped around The
Necronomicon, a copy of which is housed at the Miskatonic University Library.
Each ring is hand engraved with H.P. Lovecraft's initials on the inside.
The Miskatonic Class ring measures approximately 19.2 mm (3/4") top to
bottom, 4.1 mm (3/16") wide at the band and 3.5 mm (1/8") thick. The ring weighs approximately
14.8 grams in sterling silver
/ 18.5 grams in 14k. gold, weight
will vary with size. The area behind the signet is slightly hollowed to
