• We have a first time order minimum of $50.00 for all jewelry lines with the exception of the Lord of the Rings ^TM jewelry line, which has a first time order minimum of $200.00.  All jewelry lines may be combined to reach these order minimums.
   
• Terms are pre-payment. We do not ship COD or sell on consignment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards; Check; Money Order; and PayPal payments. We only accept payment in U.S. funds, we can not accept foreign currency.

• Please allow approximately two weeks for shipment of goods to your shop. Most items are cast to order.  We try to keep a large stock of certain items such as the Gollum Gold One Ring ^TM Necklace (GG-01 through GG-03) and the Geek Tags ^TM necklaces in stock for immediate shipment.
   
• Orders are individually packaged in logo stamped packaging, see each item for more information.
   
• Use of the jpg pictures featured on our website is permitted to established BJS, Inc. wholesale accounts only.  The pictures may not be altered in anyway by the reseller. The copyright must remain on all jpg. pictures.
   
• Any one applying for a wholesale account to resell our Lord of the Rings ^TM, Magic: The Gathering (R), Geek Tags ^TM and Wheel of Time ^TM jewelry lines must fill out and return the Jewelry Resellers Agreements included with the wholesale application.  The guidelines outlined in the agreement must be followed, failure to do so will result in closure of your account.  Click Here for a copy of the Application and Agreement.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Orders are shipped by Federal Express or UPS within the United States.  If you have an existing Federal Express or UPS account, we would be happy to bill shipping cost directly to your account.

• Federal Express International offers service to 210 countries and online tracking of the package is available. Delivery time averages between three and seven business days. It reaches major European cities by 10:30a.m. in two business days. Charges may be different for each order made depending on weight and FedEx charges. Inquire by email, fax, or phone for Fed Ex shipping charges.
   

• Customs Charges and Import Duty are the recipient’s responsibility to pay at the time of delivery. Shipping charges do not cover these fees and costs.
